Best Places for Drag Brunch in Las Vegas [2024]

Drag brunch has been around in one form or another for decades, and continues to be a good time no matter where you are in the world. Every weekend you can expect a brunch show happening at a local gay bar, and Viva Las Vegas is no exception!

But first… what is a drag brunch?

A drag brunch is a popular form of entertainment and social event that combines a classic brunch meal with live performances by drag queens. These events are typically characterized by high energy, comedy, singing, dancing, and dramatic costuming that is synonymous with drag culture. In a drag brunch, attendees enjoy a menu of traditional brunch items like eggs benedict, pancakes, mimosas, or Bloody Marys, while being entertained by drag performers who might lip-sync to popular songs, engage the audience in humorous banter, or even involve attendees in interactive performances.

In this article, we will break down a handful of popular bars and restaurants that cater specifically to drag bunches – from the fabulous strip and beyond in Las Vegas. Let’s go, sweetie!

Señor Frog’s

Señor Frog’s is located in the Treasure Island Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas strip at 3300 Las Vegas Blvd. There is free parking and valet; if you are staying at the Mirage, there is a tram that connects the two buildings so you can avoid the desert heat! Brunch shows are about 90 minutes long, and typically Thursday through Sunday. There are two shows a day; one at 11am, and one at 2pm. Their 2pm show is typically more recommended because the facility is not rushing to clean up and set up for another show.

General Admission for each show is $90, which includes the 90-minute show, all-you-can-eat buffet, and bottomless mimosas. The VIP admission includes everything General Admission offers, an open bar with premium alcohol, and priority seating too. Be time cautious when purchasing tickets though, tickets sell out fast so try to buy your tickets a week in advance.

Regular cast members at the moment include Yara Sofia from Season 3 of RuPauls Drag Race, and Hot Chocolate, a local Vegas Drag celebrity who also performs at Piranha nightclub, and impersonates female celebrities Tina Turner and Patty Labelle. Señor Frog’s is big into events, so if you have a bachelorette party in mind, they are a go-to place. Most audiences are straight couples so if you are wanting to be around the Queer community, Señor Frog’s may not be the place to go, however, Señor Frog’s ticket prices with everything they include is most definitely the place to be if you want to go to a good drag brunch.
